Best Chicken Marinade

This easy all-purpose chicken marinade combines soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, and herbs to create juicy, flavorful chicken that’s perfect for grilling, air frying, baking, or pan-searing.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or W sauce)
- 1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- rosemary (fresh or dried, to taste)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 lb chicken

Directions
- Place the CHICKEN into a large bowl or resealable bag.
- Add the OLIVE OIL, SOY SAUCE, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, LEMON JUICE, and DIJON MUSTARD.
- Season with SALT, BLACK PEPPER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, and DRIED ROSEMARY.
- Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook using your preferred method until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve immediately.
