Beer Marinated Carne Asada Tacos
These Beer-Marinated Steak Tacos Taste Like the Taco Truck (But Better)
Taco night is a serious thing in my house and these beer-marinated steak tacos? They were inspired by my weekly cravings from the taco truck I can’t stay away from. But this time, I brought all that bold, juicy flavor home.
The secret is the marinade Mexican beer, citrus, garlic, and spices that soak into the steak and make it tender, smoky, and full of flavor. I grilled mine for that charred edge, but you can absolutely cook these on a stovetop or under the broiler no grill needed.
To complete the spread, I made:
•Salsa verde
•Sun-dried tomato guacamole
•Elote-style corn
•Warm tortillas + all the toppings
It was a full-on DIY taco truck moment without ever leaving the house. And yes, the flavor hit hard.
Try it for your next taco night and thank me later
