  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp green peppercorns in brine, drained and lightly crushed
  • 2 tbsp whiskey (optional but recommended)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked to your liking.
