This Smoked Paprika Steak Stir Fry combines tender steak, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and fresh cilantro with smoky paprika and bright lemon flavors. Served with brown rice or quinoa, it creates a satisfying, protein-rich meal perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz steak
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2 cups fresh cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup brown rice (or quinoa, cooked)

Directions
- Wash and chop the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the cilantro leaves and stems.
- Using spray oil, coat a non-stick skillet and sauté the asparagus over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the steak and cook for an additional minute, then turn off the heat.
- Add the smoked paprika sauce mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Serve with the brown rice or quinoa.
- Finish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
