Ingredients:
- 6 lobster tails
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 lemons
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each LOBSTER TAIL SHELL without cutting completely through the bottom. Gently loosen the meat and lift it so it rests on top of the shell. Pat dry.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the BUTTER with the minced GARLIC. Stir in the CHILI FLAKES and FRESH PARSLEY, if using.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the halved LEMONS cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until deeply charred. Remove and set aside.
- Brush the exposed lobster meat generously with the GARLIC BUTTER.
- Place the lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails, brush with more GARLIC BUTTER, and grill for another 2–3 minutes, or until the meat is opaque, tender, and lightly charred.
- Serve the grilled lobster tails with the fire-roasted LEMONS and additional MELTED GARLIC BUTTER for dipping.
