Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- .5 tsp garlic powder
- .5 tsp paprika
- .25 tsp black pepper
- .25 tsp salt
- 4 medium flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- .5 cup ranch dressing (or to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the Chicken: Cook on a preheated grill pan or skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked and lightly charred. Let rest, then slice into thin strips.
- Assemble the Wrap: Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Layer sliced chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of ranch down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold and Roll: Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to create a sealed wrap.
- Optional – Heat Again: For melty cheese and a crispy exterior, toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Serve Immediately: Slice in half and enjoy with extra ranch or dipping sauce!
