Ingredients: 4 Catfish Filets (Wash, and paper towel dry); 1 cup Cornmeal; 1/4 cup flour; 1 tsp smoked paprike; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; Oil for Frying; Salt and pepper ( I would hold back on the salt. Since were layering this recipe.); 1 cup White Stone Grits (The yellow grits would be too sweet for this recipe); 4 cups Chicken Broth; 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter; 1 cup Smoked Gouda; Salt to taste; 1/2 cup Heavy Cream; 2 tbsp Butter; 1/2 cup Red and Green Bell Pepper (Diced); 1 tbsp Tomato Paste; 1 cup Heavy Cream; 1/2 cup Chicken Broth; 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan; 1 - 1 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning; 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika; 1/2 Lemon Squeezed; Salt and Pepper; 3 Garlic (Cloves Minced)
