Sweet Strawberry Matcha with Banana Cloud Foam (Dairy-Free)
Ingredients:
Strawberry Base
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries (Fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp TBSP Sugar, Maple Syrup, and Agave (I used )
- 1 TSP Lemon Juice (optional)
Sweet Matcha Middle
- 2 TSP ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 2 to 3 Tsp Hot Water (hot water (175u00b0F / 80u00b0C))
- 1/2 Cup Barista Style Oat Milk (I use oakly milk)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
Banana Cloud Foam
- 1 Small Ripe Banana
- 1/2 Cup Cold Oat Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
👉 Blend until creamy, then froth until pillowy. Spoon gently on top of matcha layer. With the foam I blended everything with my frother and then added my mush bananas and froth more.
Assembly Order
- Strawberry purée → bottom
- Sweet matcha latte → middle
- Banana cloud foam → spooned on top
💡 Extra Café Touches:
- Drizzle strawberry syrup down the inside of the glass before adding layers → looks pretty & adds sweetness.
- Dust a little matcha or cocoa powder on the banana foam top.
- For next-level dessert vibes → add a few strawberry slices or a strawberry chip on top of the foam.
