No- bake summer donut ep. 4! 🍓🍵💕 Today’s flavor: Strawberry Matcha Donuts! Equipment: Donut pan Ingredients: 2 cups chopped strawberries 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup of white chocolate (melted) 1 tablespoon of matcha -Add the chopped strawberries, yogurt, and maple syrup into a large bowl. Mix until well combined. -Lightly grease donut pan and spoon strawberry yogurt mixture into the donut pans. Freeze for 30 minutes. -In a heat safe bowl, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Mix in the matcha until well combined. -Dip the strawberry matcha donuts into the white chocolate matcha. Drip excess, chocolate will harden fast, be quick. -Put back in the freezer for another 10 minutes and enjoy!! #strawberrymatcha #nobake #nobakedesserts #summertreat #easydessert

These Strawberry Matcha Donuts are a refreshing frozen treat made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, naturally sweet strawberries, and a crisp matcha white chocolate shell. They’re easy to make, beautiful to serve, and perfect when you’re craving something sweet without turning on the oven.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES, GREEK YOGURT, and MAPLE SYRUP. Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Lightly grease a donut pan.
  3. Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into each donut cavity, smoothing the tops.
  4. Freeze for 30 MINUTES, or until firm.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the WHITE CHOCOLATE until smooth.
  6. Whisk in the MATCHA POWDER until fully incorporated.
  7. Remove the frozen yogurt donuts from the mold.
  8. Dip each donut into the matcha white chocolate coating, allowing the excess to drip off.
  9. Since the coating hardens quickly, work with one donut at a time.
  10. Return the coated donuts to the freezer for another 10 MINUTES.
  11. Serve straight from the freezer or allow them to soften for a few minutes before enjoying.
