These Strawberry Matcha Donuts are a refreshing frozen treat made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, naturally sweet strawberries, and a crisp matcha white chocolate shell. They’re easy to make, beautiful to serve, and perfect when you’re craving something sweet without turning on the oven.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup white chocolate (melted)
- 1 tbsp matcha
Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES, GREEK YOGURT, and MAPLE SYRUP. Stir until evenly combined.
- Lightly grease a donut pan.
- Spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into each donut cavity, smoothing the tops.
- Freeze for 30 MINUTES, or until firm.
- Meanwhile, melt the WHITE CHOCOLATE until smooth.
- Whisk in the MATCHA POWDER until fully incorporated.
- Remove the frozen yogurt donuts from the mold.
- Dip each donut into the matcha white chocolate coating, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Since the coating hardens quickly, work with one donut at a time.
- Return the coated donuts to the freezer for another 10 MINUTES.
- Serve straight from the freezer or allow them to soften for a few minutes before enjoying.
