A hearty, simple plate of air‑fried sweet potatoes, pan‑seared steak, and refreshing cucumbers — full of flavor and texture for a balanced dinner in under 30 minutes!

- Cut the sweet potato into cubes. Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, slice the cucumber into rounds and set aside.
- Dice the steak into bite-sized pieces, coat lightly in flour.
- In a hot skillet, cook the steak cubes, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Flip pieces as they cook, drizzling with teriyaki sauce for a savory glaze.
- In a small bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers with oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat.
