Steak Arugula Salad

  1. Cook the steak
    Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with avocado oil.
    Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
    Place steak in the skillet and do not touch it for 5 minutes per side. Sear the sides also.
    Remove from the pan, let it rest, then slice against the grain.
    Finish with flaky sea salt.
  2. Dress the arugula
    Toss arugula with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Assemble the salad
    Top the arugula with sliced steak, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, mozzarella, and feta cheese.
    Add optional toppings if desired.
