Steak Arugula Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 steak ((sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip))
- Kosher Salt
- Avocado Oil
- 3 or 4 Cups Arugula
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved )
- Purple Onion (Thinly Sliced )
- Mozzarella (Marinated)
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- EVOO (THE GOOD KIND)
- Maldon Sea Salt (Optional but it makes the salad taste soooo good!!)
- Mini Cucumber (Sliced)
- Feta Cheese Crumbles
- black pepper

- Cook the steak
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with avocado oil.
Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
Place steak in the skillet and do not touch it for 5 minutes per side. Sear the sides also.
Remove from the pan, let it rest, then slice against the grain.
Finish with flaky sea salt. - Dress the arugula
Toss arugula with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice. - Assemble the salad
Top the arugula with sliced steak, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, mozzarella, and feta cheese.
Add optional toppings if desired.
