Spicy Calabrese Nachos with Arugula

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread kettle chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with provolone, then layer Calabrese salami over the top.
  4. Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately top with roasted red peppers and shaved parmesan.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey.
  7. Finish with a handful of fresh arugula scattered on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy with extra hot honey or balsamic glaze on the side for dipping.
