Spicy Calabrese Nachos with Arugula
Ingredients:
- 1 bag sea salt kettle chips
- 4 oz calabrese salami
- 1 cup provolone (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan (shaved)
- 1-2 tsp hot honey
- handful fresh arugula
- Chili Flakes (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread kettle chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle evenly with provolone, then layer Calabrese salami over the top.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with roasted red peppers and shaved parmesan.
- Drizzle with hot honey.
- Finish with a handful of fresh arugula scattered on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy with extra hot honey or balsamic glaze on the side for dipping.
