- Hummas (Ithaca Hummas)

Veggies & Briny Things
- Cucumber (Mini sliced cucumber)
- Red Onion (sliced)
- Capers
- Stuffed Blue Cheese Olives
- Lemony Thyme Olives
Extras
- Sourdough Bread (Toasted, and sliced)
- Chili Crisp
- Lemon (wedges)
- EVOO (THE GOOD KIND)
- Dill (Fresh)
- Parmesan (grated)

Instructions
1. Prep Your Ingredients

Slice cucumbers and red onion.
