Fluffy, cozy, and full of fall flavor — these Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are the perfect autumn breakfast treat.

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter the surface. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Wipe the pan between batches for even cooking.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, chopped pecans, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
