Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef; 1 lb Italian sausage; 1 medium onion (diced); 3 cloves garlic (minced); 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce; 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; salt (to taste); black pepper (to taste); 2 cups ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese); 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened); 1/2 cup sour cream; 1 large egg; 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese; 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided); 12 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained (or no-boil noodles))
