Creamy, zesty, and absolutely scoop-worthy — this loaded hummus is your new favorite appetizer. Made with silky-smooth tahini, fresh lemon juice, and a trick of blending in an ice cube for that whipped texture, it’s perfect with pita chips, veggies, or just a spoon (no judgment).

  • Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Blend base: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Add ice & blend: Toss in your ice cube — it helps fluff it up! Blend until mostly smooth.
  • Finish with oil & water: Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending. Add water a little at a time until creamy.
  • Taste test: Adjust with more lemon, salt, or water as needed.
