Iced Biscoff Latte

- 2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter (smooth)
- 1 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond work best)
- 1 shot espresso (or u00bc cup strong brewed coffee)
- ice cubes
- 1-2 cookies biscoff (crushed (for garnish))
- (optional) whipped cream for topping

Melt & Drizzle: Microwave 1 tbsp of cookie butter for ~10 seconds until runny. Drizzle it along the inside of a tall glass to create the signature streaks.

Build the Base: Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in the milk.

Add Espresso: Brew a shot of espresso and pour it gently over the milk.

Top & Finish: Drop in the remaining spoonful of cookie butter, stir lightly, then garnish with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
