  1. Melt the Ice Cream
    • Scoop ice cream into a bowl and let it fully melt. You should have a smooth, custard-like liquid.
  2. Dip the Bread
    • Heat a skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
    • Dip each slice of brioche into the melted ice cream, coating both sides well but not soaking it too long (so it doesn’t fall apart).
  3. Cook the French Toast
    • Place dipped bread slices onto the hot skillet.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  4. Serve
    • Plate immediately and add your favorite toppings—powdered sugar, syrup, berries, or even a scoop of ice cream on top.
