This elegant Hugo Spritz – made The Malcolm Way – blends floral elderflower, herbal mint, and bright citrus into a bubbly, refreshing glass of sophisticated flavor.
Ingredients:
Directions
- In a wine glass, pour 1 shot of St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), followed by 1 shot of gin and a splash of lime juice.
- Gently roll 4–6 mint leaves in your hands to release aroma, then drop into the glass and stir lightly. Let sit briefly to infuse.
- Add 1 shot of soda water and stir gently.
- Add ice, then top the glass with Prosecco to fill.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and stir gently once more before serving.
