This elegant Hugo Spritz – made The Malcolm Way – blends floral elderflower, herbal mint, and bright citrus into a bubbly, refreshing glass of sophisticated flavor.

Directions

1. In a wine glass, pour 1 shot of St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), followed by 1 shot of gin and a splash of lime juice.
2. Gently roll 4–6 mint leaves in your hands to release aroma, then drop into the glass and stir lightly. Let sit briefly to infuse.
3. Add 1 shot of soda water and stir gently.
4. Add ice, then top the glass with Prosecco to fill.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and stir gently once more before serving.
