This Hormone Balancing Salad is light, refreshing, and packed with flavor. It’s a quick and nourishing snack or side dish featuring gochugaru, sesame seeds, and a punchy lemon-soy dressing that supports natural balance.

Directions

  1. Julienne or ribbon your cucumbers and carrots into thin, even strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, carrot, sesame seeds, parsley, and minced garlic.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sugar to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything well until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled or enjoy straight from the bowl!
