Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half and spread a generous layer of Ithaca Lemon Dill Hummus on both sides of the bread.
  3. Layer the provolone cheese, turkey, salami, tomato slices, and grinder salad onto the rolls.
  4. Top with crushed kettle chips for extra crunch.
  5. Close the sandwiches and wrap tightly in parchment paper.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice each sandwich in half through the parchment paper.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
