Sticky, spicy, sweet, and completely addictive — these Korean-inspired wings are coated in a glossy gochujang honey glaze that’s blowing up on food TikTok.

Instructions

  1. Prep wings: Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  2. Bake: Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake 35–40 min, flipping halfway, until crispy.

  3. Make glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer 3–4 min until slightly thickened.

  4. Coat wings: Toss hot wings in the glaze until fully coated.

  5. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.

AI Tips

  • For extra-crispy wings, refrigerate them uncovered for 1–2 hours after tossing with baking powder before baking.

  • Air fryer option: 400°F for 20–25 min, flipping halfway.
