A nostalgic, bubbly Shirley Temple reimagined as a hydrating electrolyte drink! Tart cherry or pomegranate juice combines with electrolyte-rich coconut water and gets topped with sparkling prebiotic soda for that classic fizzy, fruity flavor—completely natural and dye-free.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup tart cherry juice (or pomegranate juice)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 lime (juiced, or lemon)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 can Shirley Temple Olipop (or favorite sparkling water per glass)
- ice (for serving)
- maraschino cherry (for garnish)
- lime (wedge, for garnish)

Directions
- In a small bowl or glass, combine ¾ cup tart cherry juice OR pomegranate juice (unsweetened) and 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup. Stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a separate glass, combine 2½ cups coconut water, juice of ½ lime or lemon, and ¼–½ teaspoon salt. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.
- Assemble: Fill a large glass with ice. Pour the sweetened cherry juice mixture into the glass.
- Slowly add the coconut electrolyte mix over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Finally, slowly top with ½ of a Shirley Temple Olipop or your favorite sparkling water for bubbles and that classic Shirley Temple fizz.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lime wedge. Enjoy immediately!
