
Garlicky Parmesan Chicken Skewers
These juicy grilled skewers are coated in a rich garlic-parmesan butter that crisps and caramelizes in the oven or air fryer. Serve over rice, tuck into wraps, or enjoy straight off the stick. They’re garlicky, cheesy, herby, and totally addictive.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if grilling or baking.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate at least 20 minutes.
- Skewer chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
- Air fry at 400°F (or bake at 425°F) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle generously with parmesan during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and more cheese if desired. Enjoy hot!
