French 75 Fountain
Ingredients:
- 2 Bottles Brut Champagne (Cold)
- 1 1/2 Cup Gin
- 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice (Fresh, and fully strained )
- 1/3 or 1/2 Cup Simple Syrup (Start with 1/3 cup. You can add a splash more after tasting if needed)

1. Add the base first
Gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup go into the fountain.
2. Turn the fountain ON
Let it start circulating before adding anything bubbly.
3. Slowly add the champagne
Pour gently to avoid too much foam.
4. If the champagne isn’t coming up 👇🏽
Gently stir the fountain with a spoon or swirl the bottle to release air bubbles.
Carbonation can trap air — this helps the pump grab liquid again.
5. Let it run for 2–3 minutes
Flow smooths out once the bubbles settle.
6. Garnish in the glass, not the fountain
Lemon twist only. Keep it clean.
