Fancy BLT
My coworker brought up the idea of putting Boursin cheese on a BLT, and I was immediately intrigued. I love a good BLT, but adding that creamy garlic and herb Boursin sounded like the perfect way to make it feel a little fancy. Of course, I had to try it for myself, and y’all it was SO good. The crispy bacon, juicy seasoned tomatoes, creamy avocado, fresh chives, and Boursin on buttery toasted sourdough were the perfect combination. I loved it so much, I ended up making it three times that week.

- Cook the bacon. Add the bacon to a skillet and cook until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Toast the bread. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough. Place butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat and toast until golden brown and crispy.
- Season the tomatoes. Slice the tomato into thick slices and season with flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Add the Boursin. Spread a generous layer of Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin over the toasted side of each slice of bread.
- Build the BLT. Layer the butter lettuce, seasoned tomato slices, crispy bacon, and sliced avocado over the Boursin. Then sprinkle with fresh chives.
- Finish. Top with the second slice of bread, gently press everything together, and slice in half. Serve immediately.
