These Dirty Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats take classic marshmallow cereal bars to the next level with buttery cookie butter, crunchy Biscoff cookie pieces, extra marshmallows, and a drizzle of melted cookie butter on top for the ultimate gooey dessert.

•   3 bags mini marshmallows
•   Biscoff cookies
•   1 stick butter
•   cup cookie butter
•   6 cups rice krispies

Directions

1. Roughly crush about ⅔ of the Biscoff cookies, leaving some larger chunks for texture.
2. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter with the cookie butter, stirring constantly.
3. Add most of the mini marshmallows, reserving about one cup. Stir continuously until completely melted.
4. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, crushed Biscoff cookies, and the reserved mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
5. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking dish and gently press into an even layer.
6. Warm additional cookie butter until pourable, then drizzle generously over the top.
7. Allow the treats to cool for about 20 minutes before slicing into squares.
