Ingredients:

- 3-4 slices cucumber (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 cup tonic water (or elderflower tonic for floral notes)
- 1/2 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
- ice cubes
- fresh mint sprig (optional garnish)
Instructions:
