Cucumber Basil Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:

  •   3-4 Slices Cucumber  (I removed the skin. I used an English cucumber. )
  •   4-5 Basil Leaves  (1 spring for garnish )
  •   1 Oz St-Germain (Or any elderflower liqueur )
  •   3 Oz Prosecco
  •   1 Oz Soda Water
  •   Ice Cubes

Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.

  1. Muddle cucumber slices and basil leaves gently in your glass (don’t pulverize, just release the aroma).
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the elderflower liqueur.
  4. Top with prosecco, then soda water.
  5. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and a basil sprig.
  6. Give it a gentle stir and enjoy immediately.
