Copycat Starbucks Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

  1. Make the espresso base:
    In a small cup, dissolve the Bustelo instant espresso in the hot water. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until everything melts together.
  2. Shake it:
    Add the espresso mixture to a jar or shaker with ice (about halfway full). Shake hard for 15–20 seconds — it should get frothy and chilled.
  3. Pour it up:
    Pour everything (ice included) into a tall glass.
  4. Top with oat milk:
    Slowly pour the oat milk over the top. You can leave the layers visible or stir for that creamy finish.
  5. Optional garnish:
    Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or brown sugar on top for the Starbucks look ✨
