Cheesy Spicy Nachos

These cheesy spicy nachos are the ultimate snack upgrade. Melty, tangy, and loaded with texture, they combine a creamy chili cheese sauce with fresh guac, zingy pickled onions, and crunchy nacho chips. They come together fast — perfect for sharing… or not.

- Add nachos to a lined tray and layer with beans.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the juice of half a lime, plus salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, melt The Laughing Cow Spicy Chilli cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. (You can also melt it on the stove.)
- Drizzle the melted cheese sauce over the toasted nachos.
- Top with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and pickled onions.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
