Caramelized Onion Glazed Meatloaf

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook 15–20 minutes until deeply caramelized.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, half the ketchup, mustard, and salt.

Fold in half of the caramelized onions.

Shape into a loaf and place in the pan.

Spread remaining ketchup on top.

Bake 40–50 minutes until cooked through.

Top with remaining onions before serving.
