Ingredients:
Brownie Layer
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cookie Layer
- 1/2 cup soften butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Brownie Layer
Instructions:

Whisk melted butter + sugar. Add eggs + vanilla.

Fold in cocoa, flour, salt.

Mix in chocolate chips.

Pour into a lined, greased pan.
Cookie Layer (TOP)
Instructions:

Cream butter + both sugars. Add egg + vanilla.

Add flour, baking soda, salt.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls on top of brownie batter. Don’t spread, let it melt naturally.
Bake
Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes.
• For gooey: remove at 28–30 min.
• For firmer bars: 35–37 min.
Let cool 15 minutes before slicing (if you can wait lol).
