
Bourbon Garlic Wings

- Ingredients
• 2 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• Salt + pepper to tasteFor the Bourbon Garlic Glaze:
• ¼ cup bourbon
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
Instructions
- ◊ Prep the wings: Toss wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper. Let rest 10 minutes while you preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- ◊ Air fry: Place wings in a single layer and cook for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- ◊ Make the glaze: In a saucepan, combine bourbon, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly reduced, then stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken.
- ◊ Toss and serve: Pour glaze over hot wings and toss to coat. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately and get ready to wow!
