Bougie on a Budget Chicken Caesar Wrap (Parmesan Crusted)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup crushed croutons
- 1-1 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 2-3 tbsp caesar dressing (or to taste)
- 1 flour tortilla (large)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (freshly grated )

Thinly slice the romaine lettuce and add it to a large bowl.

Add crushed croutons, shredded rotisserie chicken, and freshly grated parmesan.

Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Spoon the mixture into the center of a large tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle about ½ cup freshly grated parmesan directly into the pan in an even layer.

Once the cheese starts to melt and bubble, place the wrap seam-side down on top of the parmesan.

Let it cook for 1–2 minutes until the parmesan forms a golden crust.

Carefully roll the wrap slightly so the melted parmesan adheres to the outside.

Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
