  1. Thinly slice the romaine lettuce and add it to a large bowl.

  2. Add crushed croutons, shredded rotisserie chicken, and freshly grated parmesan.

  3. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the center of a large tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.

  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  6. Sprinkle about ½ cup freshly grated parmesan directly into the pan in an even layer.

  7. Once the cheese starts to melt and bubble, place the wrap seam-side down on top of the parmesan.

  8. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes until the parmesan forms a golden crust.

  9. Carefully roll the wrap slightly so the melted parmesan adheres to the outside.

  10. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
