These blueberry cheesecake protein donuts are the perfect guilt-free treat. High in protein and bursting with berries, they’re soft, satisfying, and come together in minutes.

- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, and your favorite sweetener until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each cavity evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Let the donuts cool fully in the pan before removing. Enjoy warm or chilled!
