Wings
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels. This step is important because removing moisture helps the skin get crispy.
- Season the wings.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, baking powder, and Sylvia’s All Purpose Seasoning until evenly coated. - Arrange the wings.
Place the wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. The rack allows air to circulate and helps the wings crisp up. - Bake the wings.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy. - Finish with your sauces.
Wet Lemon Pepper Wings
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
2. Stir in Sylvia’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
3. Toss the wings in the lemon pepper butter sauce until coated.
4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Kickin Ranch Wings
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Whisk in the ranch seasoning until fully combined.
- Stir in Sylvia’s Kickin’ Hot Sauce and let the sauce warm through for about 1 minute.
- Toss the hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated and serve immediately.
