Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F or air fryer.
2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a large bowl or plastic bag.
3. Season the chicken with Sylvia’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning, cayenne, and salt (if needed), making sure it’s fully coated.
4. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings.
6. Continue baking for another 15-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (use a meat thermometer to check). I always broil them for a little to make them crispy.
7. While the wings bake, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and hot sauce, stirring until fully combined (about 3-4 minutes).
8. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the hot lemon butter sauce, ensuring they’re well coated.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
