Step 1: Cook the noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add:

  • spaghetti noodles

Cook according to package directions, usually 8–10 minutes.

Before draining:

Reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Drain noodles.

Step 2: Cook vegetables

While noodles cook:

Add frozen vegetables to a large skillet.

Cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

If pan becomes dry:

Add 2–3 tbsp water.

Step 3: Make the peanut sauce

In a bowl combine:

  • peanut butter
  • soy sauce
  • honey
  • garlic
  • chili flakes
  • warm water

Whisk until smooth.

If too thick:

Add a little more water.

The sauce should pour easily.

Step 4: Combine everything

Add cooked noodles into skillet with vegetables.

Pour peanut sauce over everything.

Toss thoroughly.

Add some reserved pasta water if needed.

Cook 1–2 minutes until glossy and coated.

Step 5: Serve

Top with:

  • green onions
  • crushed peanuts
  • lime
