
Sparkling Apple & Sage Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple juice (preferably cold-pressed or cloudy for a richer flavor))
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice ((about 1 tbsp))
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 oz honey syrup
- sparkling water or club soda (to top)
- apple slices and sage sprig (for garnish)
🍯 Honey Syrup:
Mix equal parts honey and warm water (e.g., 2 tbsp each), stir until smooth. Cool before using.

Muddle the Sage
In a shaker or mixing glass, gently muddle the sage leaves with the lemon juice to release their flavor. -
Add Base Ingredients
Add apple juice and honey syrup to the muddled sage-lemon mixture. Fill the shaker with ice. -
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine. -
Strain and Pour
Strain into a glass filled with ice (a rocks glass or highball works well). -
Top with Bubbles
Top with sparkling water or club soda to your taste. Stir gently. -
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a thin apple slice and a fresh sage sprig.
