This refreshing summer salad brings together sweet, salty, and tangy flavors in the best way. Juicy watermelon, crisp cucumbers, briny olives, and creamy feta—topped with fresh herbs and lime zest make it the *perfect* dish for any picnic, potluck, or sunny day!

- In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, chopped mint, chopped basil, and Greek olives.
- Use a microplane or zester to add lime zest over the top of the salad, then squeeze in juice.
- Drizzle with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine and coat all ingredients evenly.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with more fresh herbs and a pinch of flaky sea salt before serving.
