The Hugo Spritz is a fresh, floral cocktail perfect for summer sipping. Effervescent, lightly sweet, and packed with herbaceous flavor, it’s a European classic that never misses.

Directions

1. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and 2–3 lime wedges to a glass.
2. Pour in 1 oz of St. Germain.
3. Muddle gently to release the juices and aromatics.
4. Fill the glass with ice.
5. Top with 4 oz of chilled Prosecco.
6. Finish with a splash of soda water and give it a quick stir.
7. Garnish with extra mint and a slice of lime if desired. Serve immediately.
