Spicy Ketchup-Glazed Chicken Meatballs
If you like a little heat with your comfort food, these spicy ketchup-glazed chicken meatballs are worth trying. I season ground chicken with garlic, Parmesan, Worcestershire, and cayenne, bake the meatballs until cooked through, then finish them with a sweet-and-spicy ketchup glaze. The combination brings plenty of flavor without a complicated ingredient list.

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the meatballs bake, stir together the ketchup, additional cayenne pepper, and hot sauce to make the spicy glaze.
- Coat the cooked meatballs with the prepared ketchup glaze and serve warm.
Mix the ground chicken just until the ingredients come together. Overmixing can make the meatballs dense. You can also adjust the cayenne and hot sauce in the glaze to suit your preferred heat level.
