Directions

Chicken Sandwich

  1. Grill the chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  2. Assemble the sandwich: Spread sauce on both slices of whole grain bread. Layer with cheese, sliced chicken, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Pack it up: Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper or place it in a sandwich container.

Snack Box

  1. Pack the protein: Add a serving of beef biltong or jerky to a small container.
  2. Add the fruit: Wash and dry mixed berries. Add them to the container along with a banana.

Cheeseburger Bowl

  1. Cook the ground beef: Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Cook in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Assemble the bowl: In a lunch container, layer cooked rice, the ground beef, fat-free cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  3. Add a note: Don’t forget to include a special note for your kid—like “You have incredible power within you!”

  • Don’t forget the love: Add a heartfelt note to your child’s lunch to brighten their day.
