Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen turkey meatballs
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)

- 1 pinch Salt + pepper to taste (add as needed)
Instructions
-Add turkey meatballs to a large skillet or pot.
-Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
-Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
-Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook 10–12 minutes.
-Add the drained mixed vegetables and stir.
-Simmer another 5 minutes until meatballs are heated through and broth slightly thickens.
