Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Old Bay seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Gently lower in the eggs and boil for 14 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to a cold water bath and let them cool completely.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and a dash of Old Bay seasoning.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with extra Old Bay seasoning for garnish and flavor.
Serve chilled and enjoy as a flavorful appetizer, brunch side, or protein-packed snack.
