
Mango Chili Wings

Ingredients:
- 1.5 - 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- Salt and Pepper to season
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 tbsp Essie Spice Mango Chili Medley
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Garnish with Green Onion and Cilantro
1. Season the wings
•Pat wings dry and season with just salt and pepper.
•Tip: If you’re using the air fryer, avoid extra spices. most of them will just burn off during cooking.
2.Cook the wings
•Air Fryer: 375°F for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
•Oven: Bake at 400°F for 40–45 minutes until crispy.
3.Make the glaze
•In a small bowl, mix:
•3 tbsp Mango Chili Medley
•1 tbsp honey or agave
•1 tbsp lime juice
•Want ‘em saucier? Just double the sauce recipe.
4.Toss & serve
•Once wings are cooked, toss in the warm glaze until evenly coated.
•Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired.
TIP: Air fryers run hot and fast. Too many spices can burn off or turn bitter, so stick to just salt and pepper. The real flavor comes after, with the glaze.
