Dry Rub Marinade
Honey Jerk Butter Sauce

Directions
- Mix oil, jerk seasoning, soy sauce & salt. Rub onto lamb and salmon. Let it sit.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauces, jerk paste, honey, lemon juice, and water. Simmer till thickened.
- Sear salmon in a pan, 3–4 min each side. Add a spoon of sauce while cooking.
- In another pan, sear lamb chops 3–4 min per side. Finish with sauce.
- Plate it up, drizzle with more sauce, and serve with your favorite side.
