Tender salmon fillets wrapped into beautiful pinwheels and baked to perfection — this is a quick, elegant, and delicious way to impress for any occasion. Pair with a crisp salad or roasted vegetables for a simple yet memorable dinner.


Ingredients:

Directions

  1. Mix oil, jerk seasoning, soy sauce & salt. Rub onto lamb and salmon. Let it sit.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauces, jerk paste, honey, lemon juice, and water. Simmer till thickened.
  3. Sear salmon in a pan, 3–4 min each side. Add a spoon of sauce while cooking.
  4. In another pan, sear lamb chops 3–4 min per side. Finish with sauce.
  5. Plate it up, drizzle with more sauce, and serve with your favorite side.
