  1. Prep the Corn:
    • Stand the corn upright on a cutting board and carefully cut it into quarters lengthwise (they’ll curl like ribs once cooked).
    • Pro tip: Microwave the corn for 30 seconds to soften before cutting — it makes slicing safer and easier.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter:
    • In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season & Cook:
    • Brush each corn rib generously with the garlic butter.
    • Air Fryer: 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Oven: 425°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • Grill: Medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning often.
  4. Finish with Flavor:
    • While still warm, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
    • For extra richness, drizzle a little melted butter or squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
