Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Crab Dip

This creamy, cheesy crab dip is loaded with spinach, artichokes, and spice, perfect for game day, parties, or a cozy night in with wine!

- If using fresh spinach, sauté with avocado oil and garlic until wilted. If using frozen, thaw and drain well.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, crab meat, garlic, Old Bay, Dan-O’s Sea-Seasoning, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper, then stir well.
- Grease a cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish with butter. Spread mixture evenly, then top with extra mozzarella, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices.
Pair this dip with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc for a bright contrast, or a buttery Chardonnay to enhance its rich, creamy flavors.
